Smarter Metering Services & Gas Emergency Uk would like to reassure consumers that all COVID 19 protocols remain in place during the newly announced Tier 4 COVID 19 restrictions. We are working closely with all our service providers to ensure we maintain our robust services in a safe and ‘Covid Secure’ manor.

Our emergency response services remain unaffected at this time, routine appointments remain in place and are being reviewed throughout today. Consumers likely to be affected by any changes will be contacted directly.

We will continue to monitor our position, following the advice of the UK Government.  During this review period we will keep this page updated.
